The SMSFun Rewards Store is operated by SMSFun.com.au

Joobz used on products in the Rewards Store are not refundable in any way, nor are they redeemable for cash in part of whole.

If SMSFun suspects a member of manipulating or misrepresenting the their Joobz balance, the system or any mechanism, webpage, script or service related to SMSFun or it's entities - any or all Joobz will be removed and will be void.

Any purchases through the Joobz store made in bad faith, or through the use of Joobz obtained illegally or that break the SMSFun good faith terms, will not be honored and Joobz may be forfeited.

Once a product has been shipped to a member, any warranty associated with the product is managed by the receipient. SMSFun will not assist or help make warranty claims.

SMSFun will, at it's own discretion decide if a purchase is valid.

Simply put, if you do the right thing - SMSFun will honor your order :-)
